David Perez is a successful and creative entrepreneur who has been working in the Internet industry for 20 + years. He has extensive experience starting companies, raising capital, building executive teams, M&A;, branding and marketing. He started a number of New York City based businesses including: Lumina Americas a digital marketing agency serving the US Hispanic and Latin American markets; Latin Force Ventures a internet incubator and The Latin Force Group a US Hispanic focused marketing services company. He has worked with a variety of clients including: Kraft Foods, Nickelodeon Networks, MTV, The NFL, Nike, Wells Fargo Bank and others. David has raised over $30 million of private equity from institutional investors including JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. Prior to founding Seamless Medical, David was the CEO of OnQueue Technologies a leading mobile app development technology company.

Anders Engen

Anders has been an operations executive in the for profit sector of the physician practice management sector since 1991, working exclusively with start-up and high growth ventures.  Most recently he was with Boston based athenahealth for ten years, starting with the founders in 1999. Anders formed the implementation and customer functions and saw the company through its highly successful IPO in 2007 (ATHN on the NASDAQ).  He holds two degrees from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Kenan- Flagler Business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anthony G. Brooke

Anthony G. Brooke is a Senior Systems Architect with two decades of successful software innovations. He directed and developed complex systems for JP Morgan,  Mediterranean Shipping Company, Estee Lauder, Franklin Electronics, Marsh Companies, Honeywell, Iridium Satellite Systems, Nabisco, Nissan, DOD, Ben and Jerry’s and Germany’s National Research Institute.  His first internet application was launched 1989 and his first hand held computer application, built on the Psion platform, was deployed by the Pentagon in 1993. Anthony loves bringing computing to everyday activities.  From robotics to mobile devices, he believes that success is measured by how well integrated to the experience, and invisible to the user the application is. 

Timothy Perez

Dr. Perez is a board certified surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery.  As an one of the first physicians in New Mexico with a dedicated laparoscopic surgical practice, he understands the value and potential of technological innovation in health care.   He is currently Director of Minimally Invasive General Surgery at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and is actively engaged with education and research.

Frank has been in business development and operations within the hospital and physician medical group businesses for over two decades. His experience includes hospital based service line business development and implementation consulting, medical group management services, specialty IPA development, PMIS sales and implementation, and health care analytics and business intelligence. Frank has a BS from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Thomas Lopez

Thomas Lopez is a serial entrepreneur and senior level executive with decades of experience guiding start- ups to successful exits.  Mr. Lopez was on the executive team that executed the first public offering for Activision, Inc. and he has sold companies that he founded to Microsoft,  the Washington Post, and InterCall, Inc.  He currently serves as a strategic advisor to a number of small high technology companies.

Donn Duncan

Donn Duncan, MD is an international authority on patient classification systems and the computer based patient record. Former chairman of Health Systems Int. the company instrumental in the creation of DRGs the program for measuring quality and reimbursing hospitals for patient care.

David Joseph is an entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of five lifescience companies in medical technology, biomaterials and biopharmaceuticals, a former hospital administrator, and healthcare consultant. David Joseph is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Avisa Pharma Inc., an early stage company developing a proprietary, point-of-care biomarker BreathTest for the rapid and accurate detection and monitoring of urease producing multi-drug resistant pathogens. His extensive experience includes being Former Chairman and Co-Founder of Othera Pharmaceuticals, Co-Founder of Orthovita Inc., an orthopedic biomaterials company, Co-Founder, President, Chairman and CEO of Surgical Laser Technologies and Co-Founder and the CEO of SITE Microsurgical Systems Inc, an ophthalmic microsurgical company.
